IT Consultant/ Technician

We are currently looking for an IT Technician to join our team. We are a small firm with a great young core of workers who establish strong, long lasting relationships with our clients.. We encourage a casual, enjoyable work environment and value input from all levels.

Job Requirements:

3 years experience in Troubleshooting

Windows 10 deployment, Server 2012 and 2019 deployment, Windows/Mac networking, virus removal, and simple troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of WINDOWS OS, Mac OS, Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks

Understand of File Sharing, Firewall configuration, WiFi troubleshooting, and MESH WiFi configuration/ Laptops and Custom Computers

Basic Server skills (File sharing, Active Directory, Group Policy Object (GPO), DNS, Domain Controller (DC), DHCP etc.

General Understanding in Data Backup, Cloud hosting, Remote Hosted Exchange
